MAKELSAN SUPPLIED 1.6MVA DYNAMIC UPS SECURING POWER SUPPLY IN MODERN PACKAGING - MANISA FACILITY

Operating under the roof of Eren Holding, Modern Packaging, with its 7 factories - an indoor space of 158.000 m², has an annual production capacity of 535,000 tons of cardboard packaging which is the highest cardboard production volume in Turkey. In order to secure uninterrupted power to the critical equipments in the facility, Makelsan Ups systems were chosen.

Birol Enlier, Electrical Maintenance Supervisor of Modern Packaging, commented: "As Manisa Modern Corrugated Cardboard Packaging, we needed to take some measures considering existing and probable energy problems due to the location of facility. The most rational solution for us was to provide backup power with a Dynamic UPS system for our entire business, therefore we decided to work with Makelsan UPS.
